The application process is the first step in implementing the landmark ABA License Bill that was enacted by Governor Cuomo on January 10, 2014. Individuals seeking to become licensed behavior analysts before January 9, 2016 must meet the following requirements, these requirements will change on January 10, 2016:

2. submit a 4-page application
3. pay required fee
4. be at least 21 years of age

We have been closely monitoring the development of the New York licensing standards for Behavior Analysts, and we are proud to state that the Behavior Analysts providing Applied Behavior Analysis services at the Eden II Diagnostic and Outreach Center will be among the first individuals to obtain this new license.
