Educational Evaluations

The Eden II Diagnostic and Outreach Center offers educational evaluations for school-age children. An educational evaluation may be helpful in identifying appropriate goals and objective to be included in a student’s Individualized Education Plan (IEP). Educational evaluations can also identify related services that may be necessary for a student and in some cases the educational evaluation can help determine if a particular special education placement is appropriate for the student.  Educational evaluations at the Eden II Diagnostic and Outreach Center may consist of record reviews, teacher and parent interviews, classroom observations in addition to direct testing and always result in an evaluation report. All evaluation activities (including testing) are conducted by a Licensed Psychologist or a certified Special Education Teacher. Please contact the Diagnostic and Outreach Center to determine if an educational evaluation is appropriate for your child and to discuss fees and payment arrangements.
