Beginning in November, the Eden II Diagnostic and Outreach Center will be located in the Victory Health Center complex at 2285 Victory Boulevard in Staten Island, NY. The new location is conveniently located just off the Staten Island Expressway, is easily accessible by public transportation and has plenty of free on-street parking.
